For B2B revenue teams

Working with me directly

Most of my work comes through agencies, but I take a small number of direct engagements. If you own the revenue stack at a B2B company and something in it is broken, this is the page for you.

01 / Where I come in

Three situations I get called into

01

The integration everyone is afraid to touch

It was built by someone who has left. It fails quietly, usually on a Friday, and the runbook is a Slack thread. Nobody wants to be the person who breaks it further.

02

A migration that keeps slipping

The field mapping is done and the launch date has moved twice. What is actually blocking it is that three teams disagree about what a qualified lead is, and no schema can settle that argument.

03

Nobody agrees on what is broken

Sales, marketing and CS each have a theory, all of them partly right. The rebuild keeps getting scoped around whichever theory belongs to whoever is loudest in the room.

02 / Start here

The two-week diagnostic

$3,500 fixed · 2 weeks
Execution retainer available

Stakeholder interviews, current and future-state process maps, a data-model review, and a roadmap scored by effort and impact.

Two weeks of structured interviews and a hands-on look at your data model settles the argument about what is actually broken. You end with a prioritized roadmap you can execute yourself, hand to your team, or hand to me. There is no obligation in any direction — the roadmap is yours either way.

It is deliberately cheap relative to what it prevents. Most of the money wasted on a revenue-stack rebuild is spent confidently solving the wrong problem.

03 / Or a defined build

If you already know what is wrong

Integration Build & Rescue

Tray.ai · n8n · Workato · custom REST/SOAP

Fixed-bid $6–12k · 2–4 weeks

Start an integration build

New builds, stalled projects, and the integration nobody on the team can debug. I take the work that can't go sideways.

Most failed integrations die the same way: the happy path demoed beautifully and nobody scoped the error handling. Three weeks into production a null payload, an API version bump, or a rate limit takes it down, and by then the person who built it has moved on.

I build with dead-letter queues on every callable, idempotent retries, and alerting that lands in a channel someone actually reads. When the work is a rescue, that instrumentation is usually the first thing I add — you cannot fix what you cannot see failing.

Migration Sprint

Salesforce↔HubSpot · Pardot↔HubSpot · Marketo→anywhere

Fixed-bid $8–15k · 3–5 weeks

Start a migration sprint

Object mapping, data integrity, automation rebuild, cutover and validation — run repeatedly, with playbooks and tooling that already exist.

Migration checklists all describe field mapping. Field mapping is the easy half. The hard half is data archaeology: discovering that forty thousand contacts carry three competing definitions of lifecycle stage, each one correct according to whoever built it, and that no document anywhere records which is current.

So I start with the definitions rather than the schema. Get those settled and the cutover becomes mechanical. Skip that step and you have faithfully migrated a mess into a more expensive system.

04 / Track record

What the record shows

A client wrote me into their contract
When the firm expanded its largest annual agreement, the client made my continued involvement a written condition of the renewal. I was sole delivery architect on that account for eighteen months.
I was the call once it had already gone wrong
I led the integrations team at a RevOps consultancy and became the person the practice escalated to when a build had failed badly enough that the client relationship was at stake. Rescue work is not a sideline; it is most of what I was handed.
Delivery that grew the account
Six figures of contract expansion came out of work I was already doing — noticing the adjacent problem while inside the system, and proposing something specific. Whoever owns the relationship, that is the difference between billing the scope and protecting the account.
Credentials you can check
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Platform Administrator, sixty-plus client engagements across fifteen years, and the same delivery depth on HubSpot. Everything here holds up to questions on a call.

Tell me what is broken, and I will tell you if I am the right person

A short description of the problem is enough to start — no form, no discovery sequence. If it is not a fit I will say so on the first call.
